NEW SECRETARY GENERAL APPOINTED PROJECTS

Arterial Network is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Ouafa Belgacem as the new Secretary General of Arterial Network. Ms Belgacem, a Tunisian native holds Masters degrees in Archeology, Business Administration and Heritage Management. She has been working most recently as the Regional Funding Coordinator for Oxfam in Bamako, Mali. Fluent in Arabic, French and English, Ms Belgacem has extensive experience in fundraising, project management, marketing, teaching and administration, all skills required for the consolidation of Arterial Network over the next few years after a period of rapid growth.
