Busara Promotions is seeking to recruit a high calibre, results oriented, experienced and highly skilled professional for the position of Fundraising Manager, for a two (2) year contract period with a possibility of renewal.
Reporting to the CEO, this position will ensure financial sustainability for the organisation by securing funding and technical resources for Sauti za Busara festivals, building long-term partnerships with local and international donors and sponsors, and advising on growing self-generated revenues. In addition, the position will be responsible for annual budget planning, execution and reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Arts or a Business related field. The candidate should also possess a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant international working experience and a developed interest in African arts and culture.
