First Arterial Network Seminar Paper on Culture and Development
This is a discussion paper on the
theme of culture and development. Its purpose – as with future
seminar papers - is to introduce the topic, to consider how it might be
relevant to African conditions (if at all), to encourage debate and in
order to work towards a civil society response to the topic and to make
concrete recommendations for Arterial Network to pursue on the
theme.
