Harare International Festival of Arts and Arterial Network Publications Launch
On the 27th of April 2011, Arterial Network launched three of its publications along with this year’s Harare International Festival of Arts. These publications are African Directory on Arts and Culture Information, Adapting the Wheel: Cultural Policies for Africa and Contemporary Arts and Culture Discourse: African Perspectives.
