ABIDJAN - On Friday the 14th of July 2017, a delegation of Arterial Network representatives met with the Director of the National Higher Institute of Arts and Cultural Action (Institut National Supérieur des Arts et de l’Action Culturelle, INSAAC) Mr Armand Modeste Koffi N'goran, to discuss a partnership between the two institutions, particularly with regards to the Arterial Network training hub that is being developed for West Africa. The delegation included Diana Ramarohetra (Project Manager - Artwatch Africa), Jean-Luc Gbati Sonhaye (Arterial Network Togo) and Luc Mayitoukou (Adafest/ Arterial Network Senegal).
Other possible partnership opportunities were also discussed, such as a project for further education in cultural management and an incubator project for cultural and creative enterprises that is expected to be launched soon by INSAAC.
