Diana Ramarohetra (Project Manager - Artwatch Africa) will represent Arterial Network at the 2017 Arts Rights Justice Forum at the University of Hildesheim, Germany. She will join a panel of international experts for a discussion titled, 'Ensuring globally sustainable freedom of artistic expression and artists’ rights – tasks for international actors and German foreign cultural policy.'
The aim of the Arts Rights Justice Pilot programme (ARJ) is to expand spaces for the freedom of artistic expression, strengthen civil society voices and help protect human rights and freedoms. Diana will also present the necessary work of the Artwatch Africa project.
