Welcome to our new Secretary General

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Mrs. Tojo Yharimanana Rakotomalala in our pan-African network – Arterial Network – as Secretary General. She is based in the network's Continental Secretariat in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

Mrs. Tojo Yharimanana, who is of Malagasy descent, is an expert in the social sciences, economics and skills development. In addition, her expertise in matters of employment, work, culture and local development will surely make it easier for her to advance the creative sector with support from the network.

Mrs. Tojo Yharimanana previously served as Partnerships Coordinator for a Malagasy company (EAM), in addition to her consultancy activities nationally and internationally. She holds an Post-graduate degree in Sociology from the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar.

The experience and skills set of Mrs. Tojo Yharimanana will most certainly contribute immensely to the implementation of Arterial Network's vision which is henceforth set on a new dynamic of professionalization and empowerment of the organization.

We wish her a warm welcome and success in her new office!
